I am a distinguished entrepreneur, visionary housing expert, and compassionate community developer whose life journey reflects the spirit of hard work, excellence, and devotion to service.

I hail from Otor-Owhe and Ozoro with deep roots in Aradhe and Ofagbe in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State; two proud communities that have shaped my values of integrity, discipline, and faith. Born into the noble lineage of Late Pa Benjamin Obomovo Ogwara of Ekidhebi Quarters, Otor-Owhe, and Mrs. Elizabeth Obomovo Ogwara of Ofah street Erovie Quarters; a Prince from the Eluega Ruling house, Ozoro; my early life was marked by humility, dedication, hard work, and a drive to excel.

My mission is to provide practical and accessible legislative representation, as well as set priorities and goals for the Rural-Urban development of my people.

My Bio

Early Education

I began my academic journey at Azagba Primary School, Otor-Owhe, and later attended Owhe Grammar School before completing my secondary education at the prestigious James Welch Grammar School, Emevor. My pursuit of technical excellence led me to the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, where I obtained both my National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Building Technology.

Even as a student, my leadership instincts shone brightly. I served as President of the Otor-Owhe Students’ Association, President of the National Union of Isoko Students (NUIS, IMT Chapter), and Secretary of the National Association of Delta Students (IMT NADESSTU), demonstrating early the traits of a man destined to lead and to serve.

Professional Journey and Entrepreneurship

Upon graduation, I refused to wait for opportunities. Rather, I created them. I moved to Lagos to begin a career that would define my legacy. I started with Eleganza Building and Construction Company and later joined Stabilini Visinoni Limited, a leading name in Nigeria’s Civil Engineering and Construction sector.

At Stabilini, my unmatched work ethics, brilliance, and professional mastery quickly distinguished me. Rising through the ranks to the position of Site Manager, I became a symbol of diligence and excellence, which earned me the admiration of colleagues and superiors alike.

Guided by vision and courage, I went on to establish Standout Properties Ltd (SPL), a contracting, Real Estate Management, and Property Development firm with headquarters in Lagos. Under my leadership, SPL has grown into one of the most dynamic indigenous firms in the Nigerian construction landscape. In my quest for continuous learning, I obtained a master’s degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan, reinforcing my commitment to the best global practices in building and urban development.

I am currently pursuing my second master’s in business administration (MBA) from the prestigious Rome Business School, Nigeria. I am a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building (FNIOB) and a Registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), alongside memberships in other professional associations.

Achievement & Corporate Impact

For over a decade, Standout Properties Ltd has delivered landmark projects across Nigeria, combining innovation, integrity, and craftsmanship. In 2020, the company transitioned fully into real estate development, launching the MIJL Residences and Villas, a fully serviced estate in Lekki, Lagos with 145 housing units. Since then, SPL has developed several high-end estates including Bloom Haven Residence Phase1 - Ikate-Lekki with 96 housing units, Cynergy Gardens - Igando, Bloom Residences -Osapa London, Lekki all in Lagos, and the Bryan’s Court - Osubi Warri, Delta State.

The company’s boldest stride came with Bloom Towers, a magnificent twin-tower project (21 and 19 floors) rising in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Beyond structures, I have built people by intentionally employing and empowering over 60% of Isoko indigenes in my company as part of my enduring philosophy of human capital development and homegrown excellence.

Community Leadership & Philantrophy

Service to humanity has always been my compass. From my student years, I have displayed an uncommon passion for people, using my resources and influence to uplift those around me. I have served with distinction as Secretary of the Otor-Owhe Community Development Union (Lagos Branch) and was honoured by the Isoko Development Union (Lagos Branch) for my outstanding contributions to community service and development.

I am the current President of the Mission Boys Association Worldwide, a group of young men who grew up in Mission Road, Ozoro. My philanthropic commitments are visible in scholarships, educational sponsorships, and vocational support to youths across Isoko. Many beneficiaries of my benevolence are today professionals in Nigeria’s real estate, construction sectors, project and financial management, technical consultants, suppliers across the construction value chain, secretarial, and legal practice.

In 2016, I launched the Blessing Obomovo Football Competition in Owhe clan, a yearly sporting event designed to engage youths, promote unity, and discover raw talents across Owhe Kingdom. What began as a small community competition has become a major social event in Isoko North, eagerly anticipated every December.

Faith, Family and Values

A devout Christian of the Anglican Communion, I am a Knight of the Sacred Order of Saint Christopher (KSC), a testament to my moral discipline, faith, and service to God and humanity.

I am married to my beloved wife, Lady Bridget Obomovo, who hails from Aviara in Isoko South LGA of Delta State, and we are blessed with three wonderful children who mirror their father’s humility and purpose-driven life.
